TM series
Round forged heads in, clean hexagon, square and flange heads out. Four fully automatic models for 4 to 10 mm, at up to 100 a minute.

Scroll through a single cycle of the trimmer. Each step lights up the part doing the work.
Headed blanks from the cold header slide down the feed rail, each with a round forged head.
A transfer finger places each blank in line with the trim die.
The punch pushes the head through the shaped die, shearing it to a hexagon, square or flange.
More complex shapes can take a second pass for a clean finish.
The scrap ring falls away and the trimmed part drops out, ready for thread rolling.
