What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us.
| Form | What it asks for |
|---|---|
| Quote request (Contact page) | Name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, country, machine of interest, screw details |
| Service or spare (Service page) | Name, company, machine model, what you need, details |
Name and phone are the only required fields. We do not ask for payment details, ID numbers or passwords, and there are no user accounts on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send a quote
- To arrange service, spares or a visit
- To follow up on an order you have placed with us
We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Where it is kept
When you send a form, your answers are saved in our website dashboard, which is hosted by Hostinger. Only our team can see it.
After you send a form, WhatsApp opens on your device with your message filled in. The message is only sent if you press send in WhatsApp. Messages on WhatsApp are covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. The same applies if you choose to email us.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful, for example how many people tap the WhatsApp or call buttons. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you view. It does not tell us who you are. Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works the same without them.
We do not use advertising cookies. Maps and phone links only open when you tap them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and support the machines you buy from us. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 2 years. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this website: Hostinger (hosting), Google (analytics) and WhatsApp (if you choose to message us). We may also share details with a transport company to deliver a machine you have ordered, or if the law requires it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what details we hold about you
- Correct or update them
- Delete them
- Stop using them, if you withdraw your consent
