TR series
Threads pressed in, not cut, at up to 300 a minute. Seven flat die models roll 2 to 12 mm threads, including self tapping gauges #2 to #16.

Scroll through a single cycle of the thread roller. Each step lights up the part doing the work.
Headed blanks slide down the feed rail, and the feed finger pushes each one in between the dies.
The moving die slides past the fixed die and squeezes the blank between them.
The blank rolls as the die moves, and the thread form is pressed into its surface.
Both dies stay in step, so every thread starts cleanly and matches the one before it.
The screw leaves fully threaded. No metal is cut away, so there are no chips and no waste.
