Our headers straighten the wire, cut it to length and form the head in one continuous cycle. Seven models cover wire from 0.8 to 10 mm, with outputs up to 145 pieces a minute on small screws.
Fully automatic trimming machines that shear the forged head into hexagon, square, flange and polygon shapes. Four models for 4 to 10 mm, up to 100 pieces a minute.
Rotary saw machines that cut the screwdriver slot in the head, or the BT notch on self tapping screws. 2 to 6 mm, up to 90 pieces a minute, with automatic dial feed.
Flat die thread rollers that form the thread by pressure instead of cutting it. No chips and no wasted wire. Seven models from 2 to 12 mm thread diameter, with outputs up to 300 pieces a minute.
