PRECISION COLD FORGING
COLD HEADING MACHINE
The backbone of bolt, screw, rivet and special component manufacturing. Built for fastener lines and parts formers that need consistent tolerances at production speeds.
CHIPLESS THREAD FORMING
THREAD ROLLING MACHINE
Flat die thread rolling for clean, strong threads. Displaces material rather than cutting it, producing threads with greater tensile strength and fatigue resistance than machined alternatives.
HEAD FINISHING
TRIMMING MACHINE
Removes flash from cold forged heads to produce clean, standardised hex, square and polygon profiles. Adjustable tooling handles multiple head sizes and bolt types on the same machine.
SLOT & NOTCH FINISHING
SLOTTING & BT CUT MACHINE
Cuts driver slots in screw heads and BT notches for self-tapping points. Two-pass cutting with automatic chip removal leaves a burr-free, finished part ready for use.
