HOW IT WORKS
Forged Blank
The cold forged head still carries flash and excess material.
Feed to Die
The barrel shaped head is pushed into the trimming die.
Trim the Head
A trimming punch cuts the head to its hexagon or polygon shape.
Repeat if Needed
Complex parts can run twice, for example head then flange.
Continuous Output
Finished bolts feed through continuously at production speed.
